You know something feels off.

You're just not sure where to start.

Online coaching for women who want to feel genuinely well.

Working with sleep, energy, stress, and chronic pain as the connected whole they actually are, through science-backed behaviour change that fits real life.

There are real, biological reasons you feel the way you do, and real, achievable things you can do about it.

GUIDED believes your body is not broken, it's unheard.
GUIDED believes happiness is a science, not a personality trait.
GUIDED believes small steps taken consistently beat perfect plans never started.
And above all, you don't have to do this alone: but no one can do it for you.
GUIDED believes you deserve to feel genuinely good in your life.

Who is behind GUIDED?

I'm Charlotte.
Physiotherapist, sleep therapist, and the person who kept asking:

What power do we actually have over our own happiness?

After years of clinical work, I built the space I was missing, where the science of how your body works meets real, human support. No protocols. No quick fixes. Just you, understood.

Online coaching sessions

Sessions are built around the principles of behaviour change. Because understanding why change is hard is the first step to making it actually happen. Whether we're working on your sleep, your energy, your relationship with food, how you move, or how you manage stress, the approach is the same: evidence-based, realistic, and built around your life.

Sleep

Poor sleep is rarely just about not sleeping enough. It affects your mood, your energy, your pain and your body's capacity to heal. As a sleep therapist trained in CBT-I, I look at what is actually disrupting your sleep and build a realistic, evidence-based approach to fixing it. Not with quick fixes, but by understanding what your body actually needs to rest.

Chronic pain and inflammation

We know pain is not just physical. It carries an emotional weight that is rarely talked about. As a physiotherapist, I look at what is feeding it, what it might be telling us, and how we can learn to work with it rather than just fight it. If you have been told to just live with it, this is a different conversation.

Nutrition and lifestyle

As a trained lifestyle therapist, I look at how what you eat, how you move, and how you structure your days impact your energy, your sleep, your inflammation and how good you feel overall. Not with the precision of a nutritionist, but with the bigger picture in mind, and small, realistic shifts that actually fit your life.

Energy and stress

When your nervous system is stuck in a stress loop, exhaustion isn't laziness. It's biology. Chronic stress affects your sleep, your pain, your digestion, your mood and your ability to take action. It can keep you feeling trapped in a cycle that is hard to name and even harder to break alone. We'll look at what is keeping you there and how to gently start shifting it, one small step at a time.
